Opt-Out Process

How to stop receiving marketing communications from ShipUp

You have the right to opt out of all marketing communications from ShipUp and our integrated advertising partners at any time, without penalty. Your opt-out will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.

1. Opt-Out Options

Email Opt-Out

  • Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any campaign email we send
  • Email optout@shipup.co.in with subject "Opt-Out Request"

SMS / Text Message Opt-Out

  • Reply STOP to any text message from us — processed immediately

Phone Call Opt-Out (Do Not Call)

  • Request to be added to our Do Not Call list during any marketing call
  • Email optout@shipup.co.in with subject "Do Not Call Request" and your phone number(s)

Complete Opt-Out (All Communications)

  • Email optout@shipup.co.in with subject "Complete Opt-Out" — include your name, email, and phone number

3. Processing Timeline

  • Email opt-outs processed within 10 business days
  • SMS STOP requests processed immediately
  • Phone DNC requests processed within 10 business days
  • Complete data deletion requests processed within 30 days

4. Important Notes

  • Opting out will not affect transactional or campaign service-related communications
  • If you submitted your information directly to an external business partner, you must also opt out with them directly
  • Your opt-out applies to ShipUp marketing and media strategies only
